Future
To increase the potential of the Live Conveyor system and provide accessible analysis for internal management with conveyor belt analytics.
Our IIoT technology transmits data wirelessly via Bluetooth and WiFi, with integration to Starlink and Gateways to a central system that processes and analyzes the data. It is an Edge Computing solution. By integrating with BIG DATA on Cloud servers, it allows remote access from anywhere to monitor data minute by minute, as well as the condition and availability of the conveyor belt.

Extend the power of the platform to the field
You can check in the app the detailed, real-time information on the temperature measurements of the conveyor belt, with precise location by zone, station, and roller that shows anomalies or faults.
The platform displays the exact location of each sensor within the station and the roller where it was installed, along with directions on how to get there through a georeferenced map of the conveyor belt.
Additionally, you receive immediate alerts for high or critical temperatures directly on your mobile device and can access historical performance data to compare conditions and make informed decisions during inspections and maintenance.

CONTINUOUS MONITORING SYSTEM
LIVE CONVEYOR
It has proven effective in anticipating potential failures or damage in conveyor belts and pulleys, with an effective continuous monitoring transmission rate using smart sensors that collect temperature and vibration measurements minute by minute, 24/7.
The operational benefits have been: reducing unplanned downtime, improving maintenance planning, and increasing staff safety by reducing on-site inspections.

Dynamic
Initial view of the monitoring
On the main screen of the Live Conveyor system interface, the status of the conveyor belt is displayed on an interactive map, with georeferencing of its location within the mining site.
The platform includes a zone monitoring section, which allows access to the operational status of the stations and their idlers in real time.
The indicators change color when an alert is triggered due to high or critical temperature.

View of stations and rollers by zones
Access information through zone views, group selection by area, station selection by number, and access to the details of each idler.
View the real-time temperature of the conveyor belt status, with precise and localized identification of the idlers condition by station.
Changing color when a critical temperature alert occurs:

Critical color temperature above 75° C

High color temperature greater than 50° to 74.9°C

Normal color temperature from 0° to 49.9° C

Dynamic
Temperature and vibration details in rollers
The Live Conveyor system records temperature and vibration data in real time, 24/7, at each end of the rollers, generating thermographic graphs that allow their behavior to be visualized minute by minute.
The monitoring considers different levels of tracking: minute by minute for 24 hours, every 10 minutes for two days, and every hour for three days, allowing precise identification of abnormal conditions and critical failures in the conveyor belt.
This demonstrates reliable and accurate monitoring, which allows potential damage to assets to be anticipated and preventive actions to be taken, supporting the performance of an informed and safe mining operation.
