1. Scope and Nature of the Service
PPI Live Conveyor is a system designed for operators and maintenance teams working in mining operations. It allows for the georeferencing of IoT sensors, the capture of data from components in mineral transport systems (such as idlers and rollers), and access to critical information on temperature, vibration, and other operational variables. The application is not available to the general public, minors, or individual consumers. It may only be used by authorized personnel of companies with which we have formally established service contracts and agreements.
 
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User Personal Data
To enable access to the platform and ensure its operation, we collect the following personal data:
Full name of the user
Corporate email address
Contact phone number
Geographic location at the time of operation (geolocation)
This data is entered and managed within the client's corporate environment and is not used for commercial or advertising purposes.

2.2 Operational Data
The app also collects technical and operational data generated by IoT sensors and equipment installed in the field, including:
Temperatures of rollers and other components
Vibration levels
Sensor identification
Geographic location of monitored elements
Time and date of each measurement
This data is not associated with individuals and is used exclusively for predictive maintenance, equipment performance analysis, and generating operational reports.
 
3. Purpose of Information Use
3.1 Personal Data

Enable secure access to the application by authorized personnel
Facilitate the traceability of actions within the app
Operational communications via email or SMS related to the use of the tool
