Initial pilot phase of Live Conveyor:
We are starting the testing and validation phase for the roller and pulley monitoring system on conveyor belts with our Live Conveyor system.
This has been made possible thanks to rigorous planning together with PPI, the National Pilot Center CNP and Minera San Pedro, key players in the evaluation of Live Conveyor technology on the ground.
During this stage, we analyzed essential factors in the operation under real environmental conditions in a mining operation, in order to verify the correct connectivity and configuration of the sensors on the conveyor belts and the possible logistical or infrastructure restrictions that could influence their implementation.
In parallel, we verified the performance of each component: the accuracy of real-time vibration and temperature measurements, the effectiveness of network communication between multiple devices, geolocation, and the IT infrastructure that supports the entire system. These are fundamental elements for achieving seamless integration in the mining industry.
Live Conveyor sets the standard in technology to anticipate and prevent failures in rollers and pulleys on conveyor belts, transforming a crucial challenge into a true success story.
Factors such as the following will be analyzed;
1- The environmental conditions in the actual terrain where they operate.
2- The configuration of the sensors on the conveyor belts.
3- Logistical or infrastructure restrictions that could affect implementation.
